The cost of buying iced tea was getting ridiculous, so I decided to try this machine. I figured that in just a few months the machine would pay for itself – just like a coffee machine does. I love that part. I love the tea. I love the money I save. My only problem is that it doesn’t make enough tea at one time. I always have to make a second batch

This is a very nice iced tea maker, and I love the recipes in the book. It’s easy to use, and it makes it so much easier for us to pass up soda and other not so good for you drinks at the grocery store. I bought this model even though others who had purchased it warned about a problem with the pitcher cracking. It has been almost a year now and we have not had any issues w/ the pitcher. Here is what we do: we refrigerate the tea when it comes out of the machine and put ice in after it’s cold. This way there is less stress on the glass. Yes, the pitcher is thin and I’m sure we’ll have an accident with it someday, but for now all is well. Very happy with this and feel like I made a good (small!) investment. It has paid for itself several times over by now. Like the person above me I would like a larger machine, but have to say this one fits really well in its spot on the countertop.

Just purchased——tea does not run into pitcher—-this one is faulty as I am sure I put everything in the proper place——the tea ran back into the reservoir instead of pitcher. If anyone has suggestions I’m open.
